Common Pregnancy Problems
When you are pregnant, your body is going through many different changes due to the change in hormones. Many people do not realize this, but your body sees the baby as a foreign invader, literally a virus. Your body is going to react differently than normal, but do not worry, it is common to have certain symptoms. Here is a list of some of those symptoms.
Nausea. Yeah, be prepared for the dreaded ‘morning sickness’. It is real, just be prepared.
Fatigue. Surprisingly, its not because of the weight of the baby, but the nutrients and oxygen the baby is taking. Sometimes, it also is contributed by women over eating.
Headaches. One word, tylenol. Second word, costco.
Mood changes. Your body is going through hormonal changes. Your mood is going to be affected by it.
Shortness of breath. You will need to breath deeper as the baby is taking oxygen as well. So if you feel like you are short of breath, it just means you need to breath deeper.
Peeing. You are retaining more fluid than normal, peeing is just a way to purge.
Indigestion. This is common if you are eating too much, eating the wrong foods, or if there is pressure in your stomach. This is common with the nausea.
