Pregnancy Nutrition

So you are pregnant, and you want to know what to eat so that you have a happy and healthy childbirth.  Well there are a bunch of things that you can feed a baby, and some things which you should most definitely not.  My sister always told me that if you eat junk, junk will come out and its doubly true when dealing with pregnancy.

YOU SHOULD MOST DEFINITELY NOT EAT JUNK FOOD!

You might have that desire and craving, but you have to be diligent.  You can also not eat any raw foods (sushi, salads, etc.) due to the fact that most babies stomachs cannot handle the digestion of the raw materials.  Also, you should avoid candy or any type of sugary drinks/foods.  The sugar shock can cause the baby to develop in differently.  Also, any type of diet/energy drinks can cause childbirth issues.  Lastly, and heres the worst in my opinion, is no caffeine.  That means no coffee, no soda.  Tea is acceptable (according to my doctor son).
